Fullsteam Acquires Heavy-Duty Truck Repair Software Pluss
January 31, 2020 – AUBURN, AL
Fullsteam, a holding company acquiring software and payments businesses, announced
today the acquisition of Pluss Software LLC, a company providing business management
software for the medium and heavy-duty truck and semi-trailer industry.
For more than 30 years, Pluss has served heavy-duty diesel truck repair shops across the
U.S. with software that’s flexible and easy to use. Pluss software manages all aspects of the
repair shop’s business from barcoding and inventory to employee time management,
accounting and preventative maintenance. Other software features include purchasing,
point-of-sale, e-commerce and vehicle sales.
In addition to providing first-class software, Pluss also offers a suite of services for new and
existing customers: a customer success program that goes beyond system implementation
and assists businesses with maximizing the software’s value; in-depth system training
through live distance-learning classes; and valuable data services such as inventory file
transfer from a merchant’s previous software.
“Pluss is a company that not only offers outstanding software but also industry-leading
services provided by a great team of experts in the heavy-duty truck industry,” said
Fullsteam CEO Michael A. Lawler. “We are excited to welcome Pluss and its employees to
the Fullsteam family of companies.”
Pluss is headquartered in Columbia Falls, MT. Founded in 1984 by Kevin Iverson, Pluss was
acquired by its employees in 2017 upon his retirement. As part of the acquisition, current
company President Greg Iverson will remain with the company as a Fullsteam President
and continue to lead Pluss’ day-to-day operations.
“We’re thrilled with the opportunity to join Fullsteam,” said Pluss President Greg Iverson.
“We look forward to the positive impact this acquisition will have on our company and
employees, the products and services we provide, and our current and future customers.”
