PTM-Vision is designed to be purchased in modules. These modules allow our customers to start small and scale up as they become more proficient. For our larger customers we offer many advanced add-on capabilities that provide the ability to customize the software to fit their needs. Below is a list of the six core software modules followed by 12 add-on modules. Click on the highlighted links to get detailed descriptions of each module.
1. PTM-Vision - Base POS/Inventory/Customer
This Point-of-Sale (POS) software package is a powerful first step in automating work orders, managing parts inventory and setting up shop management.
2. PTM-Vision - Accounts Receivable
PTM-Vision’s billing system allows you to monitor payments and aging of key accounts.
3. PTM-Vision - Purchase Order
The purchase order module is ideal for companies that want to automatically track all incoming purchases.
4. PTM-Vision - Accounting
The PTM - Accounting module automates and tracks bills, customer invoices, and checking. The accounting module provides numerous reports on profitability by department or division.
5. PTM-Vision - Payroll
The PTM - Payroll module automates payroll and payroll taxes.
6. Shop Time Manager (TSTC)
Shop Time Manager is a shop performance management system that allows the business owner or manager to improve the overall profitability and efficiency of the work done on the shop floor.
